Cathode Slurry Mixing: Mix the cathode active material, conductive agent, and binder evenly to make a slurry.
Anode Slurry Mixing: Using the same process, prepare a uniform anode slurry.
Coating: Evenly coat the cathode and anode slurries on metal foil current collectors.
Calendering: Press the electrode sheets with a heavy rollers to increase energy density.
Slitting: Cut the wide electrode sheets into the required width according to battery specifications.
Electrode Baking: Vacuum bake to completely remove moisture from the electrode sheets.
Winding: Roll the cathode, anode, and separator together to form the battery core.
Cell Insertion: Precisely insert the wound cell into the cylindrical battery case.
Grooving: Roll grooves inside the case to fix the subsequent cap.
Pre-Electrolyte Baking of Electrode Assembly: Vacuum bake again to ensure the inside of the cell is completely dry.
Electrolyte Filling: Inject precisely measured electrolyte in a dry environment.
Laser Welding: Weld the battery cap to the case with a laser to achieve preliminary sealing.
Cap Pressing: Press the cap, which contains the safety vent and other precise components, into place.
Sealing: Complete the battery’s final permanent seal through processes like spinning.
Marking Completion: Print a unique identification code on each battery.
