Why Does Your Floor Scrubber Battery Click When Charging?

A clicking noise when charging your floor scrubber lithium battery usually comes from repeated switching of the BMS relay, not damaged cells. Deep discharge causes cell imbalance and triggers BMS self-protection. Try pulse activation: charge for around 10 seconds, disconnect for 2 seconds then reconnect the charger. If it fails, use a battery data reader to check each cell voltage for remote unlocking. Avoid storing batteries in deeply discharged status to prevent lockout issues.
